Most offer WigglyPaint, front-and-center, usually an unmodified copy of v1.3, sometimes with some minor “premium features” glued onto the side or my bylines peeled off. If you dig around on these sites, you can read about all sorts of fantastic WigglyPaint features, some of which even actually do exist.
